Eli's Been Doing This Since He Was a Kid.

Eli, the owner of Old School Barber, started out in the industry at a very young age and has built his career on providing men with classic, easy-to-manage haircuts and cleancut shaves. He brings his professionalism, easygoing personality and years of international experience in Tel Aviv, New York, Paris and London to Eglinton Avenue and its residents.

The shop keeps things simple: no bookings, no upsells — just a proper cut, a straight razor shave if you want one, and an espresso or a drink of the day while you're in the chair.

Decades Behind the Chair

Long Before Eglinton Avenue.

Eli picked up his first pair of shears young, and never really put them down. Nine frames from the decades in between — different rooms, different hair, same steady hands.
